Any product that is in NEW condition is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery to the customer. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you want to make a return, give us a call.
If the product has been used (meaning shot at with a bullet), it is not eligible for a refund or exchange unless it is defective (see below).
We pride ourselves on the reliability and consistency of our products. If one of our products is defective or breaks through no fault of your own, we are going to make sure that you receive a product that meets your satisfaction.
While Strikemark products are designed to be simple to operate and maintain, there are certain actions a customer can take that will render the target inoperable. These actions are clearly stated in the Owner’s Manual and/or an "read this first" memo included with packaging. Should a product break as a result of user error, the product can be repaired for a fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the user.
